Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your event. Full payment is due 2 days prior to the scheduled service date. We accept payment via check, Zelle, ACH transfer, or other approved methods. Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

2. Service Fees & Gratuity

A standard 15% service fee will be added to all bookings to cover setup, teardown, and staffing. Gratuity is appreciated but left to the client's discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to partial or full charges based on incurred costs.

4. Menu & Ingredient Availability

While we strive to honor all menu selections, seasonal availability and vendor limitations may require substitutions. We will notify clients promptly and offer suitable alternatives.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, including venue access, guest count, and timeline. Any changes must be communicated in writing no later than [insert timeframe] before the event. Additional fees may apply for late changes or extended service hours.

6. Liability & Indemnity

La Jolla Grilling Co. is not liable for damages, injuries, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, acts of nature, or venue restrictions. Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from the event.

7. Use of Website

All website content, including menus, photos, and branding, is the property of La Jolla Grilling Co. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

La Jolla Grilling Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
